1 4 lb. roast(Fr. roast)
Sauce:

2 large onion, diced
1/2 ketchup
1/2 brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions until golden brown & carmelized
Combine ketchup , vin. brown sugar to make smooth
paste, add onion to mix thoroughly.. Pour over meat and cover tightly with 3 pieces of foil. For med. rare cook for 2 hrs, for well done cook for 3 hrs at
350º
