Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled, cubed
4 large carrots, peeled, sliced
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1/4 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, carrots and garlic in large pot of boiling salted water until very tender. Drain; return to same pot. Mash with potato masher. Add cream and butter and mash until smooth and creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Of course you can lighten this up with milk instead of cream. I used to hate sweet potatoes and cooked carrots! This is amazing and will make your tummy so happy!
