12 oz. fresh raspberries
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
1 graham cracker pie crust
or
1 pecan crust

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl beat raspberries, egg whites and sugar for 15 minuets until fluffy, yes beat the entire 15 minuets! Transfer pink fluff into the biggest bowl you have. Pour whipping cream into mixing bowl and beat until stiff peaks form. No need to wash out the bowl before whipping the cream. Fold the pink fluff and the cream together until well blended. Pour into chilled crust. Cover with plastic wrap and shill 24 hours and serve.

Pecan crust
1/2 c. ground pecans
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
Toast on 9x13 pan @ 325 degrees, then crumble into 9" pie pan.

Graham Cracker Crust
16 whole graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
Press into pie plate and bake @ 325 until golden.
