1 (16 ounce) can fat-free refried beans
1 cup salsa
4 ounces green chilies or jalopenos (canned or in a jar)
3/4 to 1 cup cheese, shredded
Green Onions, chopped
Fresh Tomatoes, chopped
Other toppings:
Olives
ChoppedCilantro
Sliced Avocado or a layer of guacamole

Directions:
Directions:
Layer the ingredients as listed in a shallow baking dish (the refried beans should be easily spread over the whole bottom).
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or hot in the centre and the cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or even vegetable dippers.
