1 loaf day old French bread
1/2 c. butter
1c. mayonnaise
4 whole green onions, chopped
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. shredded Asiago cheese
2-3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Split French bread into halves horizontally. Mix butter, jack cheese, mayonnaise, onions and garlic in bowl, blending well. Spread onto cut side of bread. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350º 8 to10 minutes. Remove from oven, set heat to broil. Add Asiago cheese, broil on lowest rack 4-6 minutes.
