1 qt. strawberry ice cream
1 qt. orange sherbet
1 qt. lime sherbet
1 qt. raspberry sherbet
2 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Using small ice cream scoop, form balls of strawberry ice cream and sherbets. place in scooky sheet and freeze until firm. Whip vanilla ice cream until fluffy. Place layer of colored balls in bottom of chilled 10-in. angel cake pan, pressing in firmly. Fill spaces with vanilla ice cream. Continue filling pan with balls, pressing in firmly; fill spaces with vanilla ice cream. Freeze several hours or overnight. Turn out on chilled plate. Combine whipped cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over cake. If desired, return to freezer until serving time. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
