-3 big spoonfulls of smooth peanut butter
-about a half a can of coconut milk
-a tablespoon or so of soy sauce
-tablespoon of fish sauce
-probably about 1/3 cup of rice wine vinegar
-2 finely minced garlic cloves
-tablespoon or more of finely minced fresh ginger (for the ginger and garlic i used a grate but a garlic press would do)
-juice of half a lime
-tablespoon or more of honey (depends on how sweet you want it)
-add siracha until you get the spice level you want
-cilantro
- I also added a little bit of water to thin it out a bit

-Add all ingredients together, blend to get smooth
-Every time I made this sauce I never measured anything out so this is a rough estimate..each time I make it I keep on tasting and adding until I get it the way I want

-The first time I made this sauce I poured it over a chicken and vegetable stir fry and it was delicious
-The next time I made it I used it as a dressing and poured over a bed of spinach with mandarin oranges and seared peppered tuna...so awesome! (but added more rice wine vinegar and lime)
