3 whole leeks
package of pancetta (4 oz.)
butter
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup half and half
parmesan cheese
bowtie pasta

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pancetta in a skillet over medium heat until the fat has rendered and the pancetta turns brown
2. Add the leeks (sliced thinly) to the pancetta, and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes
3. Add a pad of butter, cook for 5 minutes
4. Add the chicken broth, let reduce for a couple minutes
5. Lower heat and add half and half
6. add the precooked pasta to the mixture, toss, shave some press parmesan over it and enjoy!
