2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 can cream of corn
1 can whole corn
1 cup sour cream
1 stick butter
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
grated cheese
salt & pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour into casserole dish and bake for 35 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake 15 minutes more.
