1/2 cup onion, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup herb stuffing mix
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/2 cup water
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 (6oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
Directions:
Directions:
Drain and cut artichoke hearts.
Cook onion in water till tender.
Combine all ingredients.
Spread in 7 1/2 x 11 pan,
Bake 350º for 18 to 20 minutes.
Cut into 1 inch squares.
