1 2/3 C. saltines, crushed
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 C. catsup
2 eggs
1 tsp. onion, chopped
2 tsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C. milk
2 T. butter
1 T. sherry or white wine
garlic salt
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 T. chopped pimentos

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 11 ingredients; mix well and shape into 6 patties. Place in a single layer in a deep dish.
Heat soup with butter, sherry and garlic salt. Pour over patties.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Add mushrooms and pimentos last 10 minutes.
