1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup or mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream Beth uses w/chives
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
2 lbs. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan, add soup, sour cream, onion, milk and cheese. Heat and stir mixture until cheese is melted.
Add frozen hash browns and mix thoroughly. Pour into 9x13 glass baking dish. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until slightly browned and cooked well.
