2 pounds lean pork
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp. fresh sage, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 tbsp. seasoning salt
3/4 cup bread crumbs
3 tbsp. ketchup
3 tsp. mustard
1 egg
salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 350º F. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Place mixture in a 9x4x2 loaf pan. On a flat tray place a piece of parchment, turn the loaf onto parchment. Place in the oven for 1 hour. remove from oven let rest 10 minutes.
