Saute 1 medium onion and one clove minced garlic
Add 1 small can chopped green chiles
1/4 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Alternate layers with meat of 1 stewed chicken (about 4 cups) You can use leftover chicken or turkey. 1 dozen corn tortillas cut into fourths. Put a little water in bottom of casserole dish. Layers should go like this: (1) tortillas (2) meat (3) soup (4) more grated cheese. Make three layers ending with cheese.

Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes
