1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1 egg
1 T. prepared mustard

Directions:
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into 6 individual meat loaves. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake in 350º oven for 45-60 minutes.
