2 Pillsbury Pie Crust
6 peaches
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. almond or vanilla extract
ground nutmeg
ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Dust a glass pie plate with flour.
Place pie crust in plate and poke holes in crust with a fork.
Bake crust for 5 to 7 minutes in a 350º oven.
Cut the peaches up and place in cooked pie crust.
Mix together the sugar and flour and pour over peaches.
Sprinkle the tsp. of extract over peaches and then sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon all over.
Bake pie for 1 hour at 350º.
