1 bag (2lbs) red petites potatoes
1 small onion
1/2 pkg cooked bacon
2 tsp. steak seasoning
1 tsp. paprika
4 tsp. canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut small potatoes in half and larger ones in quarters, chop onion, finely chop bacon and place in a large bowl. Stir in steak spice, paprika and oil. Lay out 4 large sheets of tin foil. Scoop equal amounts of potato mixture onto foil pieces. Draw up foil and seal packets tightly.
Place on grate over hot fire and cook 30 to 35 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked through. To test for doneness, remove packets from heat, carefully open packet and pierce potato with fork. Potatoes are done when fork easily pierces through potatoes. Reseal packet and return to fire if necessary.
