1/4 cup Catalina dressing
1 lb. baby carrots
2 Tbsp slivered almonds
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Toast almonds and set aside. Pour Catalina dressing over baby carrots in a large skillet. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in almonds and parsley.

I have never used fresh parsley...only dried, but I just estimate how much to use. Sometimes I also boil the carrots briefly before putting them in the skillet to make sure they are done.
