Ingredients:  
2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups white sugar
1 tsp baking soda

Combine above ingredients in a mixing bowl and set aside.

1 cup water
4 Tbsp Nestles Quick
2 sticks butter

Bring water, Quick and butter to a boil and add to above ingredients.

2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup buttermilk

Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk to above mixture. Beat well. Pour into greased and floured cake pan or 2 greased jellyroll pans. Bake at 350° until done

Icing:
6 Tbsp buttermilk
4 Tbsp Nestles Quick
1 stick butter

Bring to a rapid boil.

1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Add to above mixture. Beat well and spread on cake.
