8 chicken breasts, skinless & boneless
1 jar dried beef
4 slices of bacon
1 (16-oz.) carton sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Line a greased 9x13-inch baking dish with dried beef. Place chicken breasts on the beef, then wrap 1/2 a piece of bacon over the chicken. Mix the sour cream and soup in a small bowl; blend well, then pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350º for approximately 1 hour (or 3 hours at 250º). Does not need additional salt & pepper. Serve over rice.
