1/2 C. Dry bread crumbs
1/2 C. Cornmeal
1/3 C. Parmesan Cheese
1/4 C. minced fresh Parsley or 4 TSR. dried Parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 C. butter milk
1 Broiler/Fryer chicken cutup and skin removed
1 T. butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
In a large resealable bag combine the first nine ingredients. Put the buttermilk in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk, then add to bag, coat a few pieces at a time.
Place in a 13x9 baking pan coated with cooking spray or greased. Bake at 375 For 10 minutes, drizzle with butter. Bake 30 to 40 minutels longer or until juices run clear.
