1 lb to 1 1/4 lb. Boneless beef round steak or sirloin steak cut 3/4 inch thick
2 tbls. butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic or garlic salt to taste
2 cans Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
Small jar of mushrooms (optional)
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 cup sour cream
Hot cooked noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Freeze beef 1 hour to make slicing easier. Slice across the grain into very thin slices.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter, add onions and garlic and cook until tender. Add beef and cook until browned. Stir in soup, paprika and the mushrooms. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and serve over the cooked noodles.

Now I only add the mushrooms when I fix this for your Dad and Uncle Jim to go fishing or hunting, because if I'm eating it I don't like the mushrooms. However, I still like the mushroom soup. Go figure!! Also if you are out of paprika, just skip it. I can't taste any difference.
