1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 small box apricot gelatin
1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans)
1 large container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple and save the juice. Bring juice to a boil. Add water and sugar. Remove from heat. Cool. Add gelatin and cream cheese. Beat with mixer. Add pineapple and nuts (pecans). Chill until like jelly. Add Cool Whip and mix by hand. Chill until set.
