4-5 medium potatoes, sliced
1 small onion thinly sliced
4-5 slices bacon
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Layer the onions and potatoes in a glass dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Lay the bacon slices across the top of the potatoes. Cover with a glass lid that does not touch the potatoes. Microwave about 15 minutes or until tender!
