Directions:
1. Place butter in the bottom of your crockpot.
2. Put your chicken (whole breasts with or without the fat trimmed...either way is fine) on top of the butter.
3. Cover lightly with Mrs.Dash or another favorite seasoning.
4. Cover with water and cook until tender.
5. Drain the water (I dump the whole pot in the strainer)
6. Shred the chicken.
7. Cook Rice according to package direction and set aside.
8. Preheat Oven to 350º
9. In a big pot mix together the chicken, Rice, white cheese sauce, some shredded Mozz. cheese.
10. Take a large casserole dish and butter it. Now assemble your Burritos... Take one Flour Tortilla and spoon in a Big spoonful of the Chicken Mixture and roll it all up and place in the buttered casserole dish. Keep doing this until they are all rolled up or the pan is full. Now pour more white cheese sauce Over them all and put a layer of Mozeralla cheese over it all.
11. Bake in 350º oven until Hot and the cheese is melted.
