1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. water
1 egg
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 oz. bitter chocolate squares (melted)
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and water and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute and cool the syrup. Beat egg and then beat in sugar. Add syrup, butter, chocolate and vanilla. Beat thoroughly until smooth and creamy spread on cooled cake.
