2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
2 c. confectioner's sugar
1 stick margarine
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix first five ingredients and pour into greased 9" x 13" pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool the cake. For the frosting, cream margarine and cheese and then add sugar and vanilla. Frost the cooled cake.
