1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. flour
36 Reese's peanut butter cups

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together first four ingredients. Add egg and vanilla. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together. Combine with creamed mixture. Drop a tbsp. of dough into mini cupcake pan. Bake at 375º for 8-9 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press peanut butter cups into the cookies. Let cool thoroughly before removing from pan. Makes approximately 36 cookies.
