1 1/2 lbs peeled, deveined shrimp
1/4 c butter
1 med onion, thin sliced
1/4 c flour
1 1/2 c milk
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 ( 6 oz )pkg of real cream cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in frying pan, add shrimp and onion and saute 3 minutes. Do not brown. Sprinkle flour into mix while thinning mix with milk, a little at a time to avoid lumping. Add mustard, nutmeg, salt and pepper and cook for 3-5 minutes. Stir in cream cheese until blended, warm through but DO NOT BOIL. Serve over rice
