1 medium sized wheel of brie

1-1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
2-3 cloves garlic
2 sprigs rosemary
olive oil
salt
pepper

1 bundle basil
1 bundle parsley
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds or pecans
1 clove garlic
1/4-1/2 cup parmesan

Preheat the oven to 300º.
Make the tomato stuffing: In a cuisinart, chop sundried tomatoes, garlic, rosemary, oil together, salt & pepper.

Cut the wheel of brie in the middle, creating a top & bottom wheel. Place the bottom half in a round baking dish, not much larger than the wheel of brie. Spoon the tomato stuffing onto the bottom brie. Place the top wheel on the stuffing.

Make the pesto (or can use purchased): In cuisinart chop the basil, parsley, pumpkin seeds, and garlic. Grind until everything is finely chopped. Pour olive oil, and add cheese, salt & pepper. continue adding these last ingredients until texture and taste is achieved.

Spoon the pesto on top of brie. Place a lid, or cover with tin foil. Cook for 20 minutes.
