1 pound of fish of choice (Sole, Halibut, Talapia, Salmon)
6 cloves garlic
dried lemon verbena or any herb of choice
1/2 a large onion
olive oil
lemon juice
white wine
butter
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Rinse fish (if preparing Salmon, remove skin with a knife). Place in a ceramic or pyrex baking dish. Coat fish with olive oil & add two patties of butter per fish. Sprinkle your herbs, salt & pepper. Add chopped garlic, onion, and any other desired vegetable (sundried tomato, mushroom). Add a little white wine around the fish. Cover with tin foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
