4 chicken breast, deboned & skinned
3 T olive oil
3 T butter
6 large mushrooms sliced
8 sundried tomatoes
1 small onion chopped
3-4 cloves fresh garlic chopped
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c white wine
3 T herb of choice (sage,thyme,rosemary)
Salt & pepper to taste

Pre-heat oven to 375º. Place chicken breast in baking dish. Cover breast with sundried tomatoes, onion, garlic, mushrooms & herbs. Sprinkle the Olive oil and put patty of butter on each breast. Put in the oven and broil for 8 minutes making sure vegetables do not burn or get too crisp. While broiling, mix mushroom soup, wine, sour cream. When chicken is lightly browned remove from oven and add mushroom mixture. Cover with foil and return to oven and bake at 375º for about 30-40 minutes until chicken is tender.
