3/4 c sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 T bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and sugar in small double boiler. Cook stirring frequently until sugar dissolves. Add the beaten egg, stirring briskly with a wire whisk until well blended. Cook for another 1 min. Remove from heat and let cool. Stir in bourbon.
