3 cans (14 oz each) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1 1/2 cup mayo
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
3/4 of a 6 oz. jar of diced pimentos, drained
1-3 cloves garlic, minced
2 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or 3-cup shallow baking dish. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with plain wheat crackers.

Make ahead: Prepare as directed except for baking. Cover and refrigerate. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned.
