2 cans white great northern beans
1/4 C olive oil
1/4 C fresh basil leaves
1 1/2 t garlic
1 1/2 t fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and rinse beans. In a food processor, add beans, basil, garlic, and lemon juice. Puree till smooth. Slowly add oil while pulsating processor till creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with crackers or as bruschetta.
