1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz. cream cheese
7 oz. beer
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Process all ingredients for several seconds. Store in air tight container in refrigerator for up to one month. Take out 30 minutes before serving to come to room temperature.

Good at the holidays as it makes a large batch to plan ahead. Spread on assorted crackers and breads. Really good!
