1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
4 oz. chopped mushrooms
2/3 c. mayonnaise
6 oz. shredded mozarella cheese
6 oz. cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients and spread on rye party bread or Italian bread cut in half. Broil until bubbly.
