6 cloves garlic
1/2 c. vegetable or olive oil
5 chicken bouillon cubes
parsley freshly chopped
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sweet basil
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 stalks celery, cut in chunks
4 - 6 1/2 oz. cans chopped clams
1/2 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic in oil and remove garlic when browned. Drain clams and place clam juice and all other ingredients, except the clams and butter, into pan and simmer 30-60 minutes. Add the butter and clams and simmer an additional 15 minutes.

Remove celery chunks and serve over linguini pasta.

Can be made 1-2 days ahead and stored in refrigerator. This allows flavors to mix.
