8 chicken drumsticks
salt
ground black pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
1 12 oz jar of apricot jam
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon corn starch
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. pat chicken dry and place into
9 x 13 baking dish. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Bake covered for 45 minutes.
Mix apricot jam, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar , corn starch and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
Remove chicken from oven, uncover and pour sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered until tender and no longer pink ( about 45 minutes more) . Remove chicken from oven and transfer to a serving platter.
