3/4 cups carrots chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup onions
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup Bisquick
2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
2 cups half and half
2 cups velveeta cheese
6 oz. beer

Directions:
Directions:
Cook margarine, carrots, celery and onion about 10 minutes until tender. Then add paprika, cayenne pepper, pepper and Bisquick. Remove from heat to add chicken broth a little at a time. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Allow to boil one minute while stirring then add the half and half followed by the velveeta cheese. After cheese has melted add beer. Simmer over low heat.
