2 Tblsp stick margarine
3 Tblsp flour
1/8 tsp garlic powder (suite to taste)
1 envelope "butter buds"
1 Tblsp reduced sodium chicken bullion granules
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup milk (skim, 1% or 2%)
pepper to taste
1 oz. low fat cream cheese (neufchated)
1/4 cup lowfat grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in saucepan. Stir in cream cheese, butter buds, chicken bullion, flour and garlic powder. Stir until blended. Slowly add water and milk. Add Parmesan cheese. Mix well. Bring to boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Season to taste with pepper. Add more flour if a thick sauce is preferred.
