1 box brownie mix (9 x 13 size) or make brownies from scratch
Filling;
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup boiling water
1 tub ready to spread vanilla frosting
1/2 tsp. mint extract
2 to 3 drops green food coloring
Frosting:
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions:
Mix brownies according to package and bake or make brownies from scratch.
Filling; Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, cool. In a large bowl, combine softened gelatin, frosting, mint extract and food coloring. Beat for 1 minute at medium speed until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over cooled brownie.
Frosting: In a sauce pan, blend chocolate chips and butter over low heat until chocolate melts, stirring constantly (you can melt in the microwave if you are careful not to burn chocolate). Drizzle over filling. Chill until firm and cut into bars.
