Batter Mix
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 T. shortening or butter
1 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk

Peach mix
8 peaches, sliced
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. powder sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cut up peaches and mix with the sugar mix. Place in baking dish.
Mix batter ingredients and pour over peaches mixture.
Bake at 350º for 35-40 min.
