6 unpeeled Potatoes, washed and cut into 1/8-inch slices
Salt and ground White Pepper
2 C. Heavy Cream
2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. Butter, softened
1/4 C. grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Layer sliced potatoes in a casserole dish and season with salt and pepper. Combine cream, mustard, garlic and butter and heat to just under boiling point. Pour cream mixture over potatoes.
Cover and bake 1 hour. Remove lid and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes longer until cheese is golden brown and potatoes are tender. Serve immediately.
