8 to 10 medium cucumbers (peeled or unpeeled)
1 green pepper, chopped
2 C. Sugar
1 T. Celery seed
1 C. onions, chopped or sliced thin
1 T. Salt
1 C. Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cucumbers, onion, green pepper and salt in a large bowl. Let set for 1 hour. Drain. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over cucumbers. Put in jars or any container with a good lid. Refrigerate. Will keep all winter!
