1/2 cup shortening + 1 tbsp.
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 cup sifted flour and 2 tsbsp.
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
7 tsbsp. cocoa powder
Directions:
Directions:
Combine shortening, sugar, eggs. Stir in sour cream, vanilla. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder. Mix and chill at least 1 hour.

Spoon on cookie sheet. Bake @ 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
