Favorite chocolate cake recipe or chocolate fudge mix.
Pineapple juice may be used for liquid in cake mix.
2 sticks butter
2 cups dark brown sugar
1 16oz can crushed pineapple (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 15x10 baking dish. Spread brown sugar evenly over melted butter. Spread drained crushed pineapple over brown sugar. Spread chocolate cake batter over pineapple. Bake @ 300 degrees until toothpick comes out clean. About 40 minutes. Will be very moist. Like steamed pudding. Serve with whipped cream.
