Cake:
1 box lemon cake mix (kind that calls for oil)
1 recipe of streusel crumbs

Streusel Crumbs:
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter or oleo
1/2 cup flour

Lemon Glaze:
1/2 lb powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp lemon flavoring
1 tbsp butter
pinch salt
2 or 3 tbsp water

Cake:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 9 x 13 cake pan. Mix cake as directed on box. pour 1/2 of cake mix into pan, crumble 2/3 of Streusel Crumbs over cake in pan, add rest of cake mix and spread evenly, sprinkle remaining crumbs over cake and bake for 30 -35 minutes. Allow to cool a little and top with Lemon Glaze.

Streusel Crumbs:
Mix flour and sugar together, cut in butter to make fine crumbs.

Lemon Glaze:
Mix sugar, salt, butter and flavoring together, gradually add water until mixture is right consistency to dribble on cake.
