6 oz spaghetti
2 Tbsp butter
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
2 well beaten eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1 lb beef or port sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 8 oz can tomatoes - cut up
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp crushed oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti, drain (3 cups). Stir butter into hot spaghetti. Sir in Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form mixture into crust in a buttered 10 inch pie plate. Spread cottage cheese over bottom of crust.

Cook beef or pork, onion and green pepper till tender, drain. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano, and garlic salt. Heat through.

Put mixture in crust. Bake uncovered in 350º for 20 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 5 minutes.
