1 c, sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. grated pineapple
2 eggs yolks, beaten

2 tbsp. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cornstarch and boiling water, Boil 5 minutes, then add butter, pineapple and beaten egg yolks. Pour into baked pie crust. Cover with the meringue made with the egg whites and remaining sugar, Bake in 350º oven unti meringue is browned.
